Whuahuuuuuuu... I'm FLYING!

Wow... it's great to experience Bungy Jumping.

I felt that I was flying though only in seconds.

But it was one of my greatest experience.

My first Bungy was in Bali 2005. I was so blessed because I didn't spend a dime to experience Bungy in Hackett Bungy Jumping Area. Hehehe... my company paid all the cost since my team has won the competition with Malaysia's team.

I had great feeling before I went up to the tower. Because it was one of my dream to experience Bungy Jumping. Each of us got 2 times jump. The first jump was not so satisfying. I tried to take flying - open arms position but it failed when I started to jump. It was because I was afraid to jump. I could not jump forward. My legs fell down first.

The last chance to jump, the instructor told me to push your body forward without jumping forward. I did as he told me.
And whualahhh.... "Im flying without wings." as you can see in the picture.

All the instructors said it was great picture with that position.

BIG YES to my Lord Jesus! I managed to close my 'Premier' account by myself. It was not EASY. But I never GAVE UP.

Why?

First, because I have promised to my Branch Manager that I would close 5 'Premier' accounts in today's exhibition. But I was not still able to close any account after several hours promoting our financial product to many people walking around in the Kelapa Gading Mall.

Second, my colleague Lina has closed account in the morning. Then, followed by another colleague Sin-sin.

Third was the WORST. Both my legs got very bad crammed. Suddenly, I fell down on the ground and could not move both my finger feet. They were stiffed. O my goodness... at that time I have not closed any account yet. I must sit down on the floor for about one hour. Can you imagine how long I had to sit down on the floor with very uncomfortable sit? I felt pain on both my legs.

But I tried to keep the Fighting Spirit and positive thinking that there was still opportunity for me to make sales. After about one hour, I tried to stand up and started to walk slowly. I still felt the pain on my right leg. But I fought the pain and started to promote the product again.

Thanks Lord, after several rejections I met this couple and began to sell the product plus additional bonus to attract them. At that time, I could not find my Supervisor and Sales Manager to help me close this couple. So, I must do everything on my own. Once again praise to the Lord that I managed to close account by myself.

From this experience, what can I share with you is that we have to keep the Fighting Spirit always ON and Persistence. I believe we can achieve anything we want in the world.

Keep going and don't ever quit.

Praise to my Lord Jesus because of His amazing grace.

This morning, I closed another 'PREMIER' account of Rp. 1 Bio amount.

I believe it happened because I tried harder to be positive every morning even these few days I felt very bad. I had family problem. I knew if I put the negative into my thoughts, I would be frustrated.

Every morning, I did a little affirmation just say "Today I close account" for several times.

And it works...

As long as we maintain our Positive Thoughts and Attitude, we can achieve anything we want.

One thing to prove that it works is this customer was looking for me and team. Why? Because on the other day after we followed up them, someone from another branch was also approaching this customer. As for me, I called it a 'BLESSING'.

We can achieve anything!

Today I got my first 'PREMIER' account / customer after one month working at one of Foreign Bank in Indonesia. I was very very very happy. :)

This customer invested of amount Rp, 500,000,000,- for saving in multi currency account.

If I hesitated to make sales call to this customer, today I could not get my first sale today.

Looking and getting new customer for investing at minimum Rp. 500,000,000,- was not very easy job. Every day I must 'sales' call at minimum 20 effective calls to find 'HOT' customer. Then, from sales call, I must find some visits to explain the benefit of this Premier account and the product of course.

The key is: ACTION

In my opinion, ACTION is very important to get result. Please keep in mind!

Praise the Lord, at last www.worldinternetacademy.co.cc has been successfully created. Few minutes ago, I just finished setting up the website for almost one full day - since I am not a programmer nor web designer. This is my 2nd website and better than the first. I was very excited and sometime forgot to have meal. And I didn't feel very tired, in the contrary very satisfied.

Good wonderful morning! Thanks God for the job you have given

Yesterday morning (10/03/08) was the day I look forward to. I was waiting a great news that I hoped to accepted at "P" company. Even though I have been accepted with "H" company. Then an SMS showed up on my mobile. It said "Sorry Clement, you are not short listed by the company!" - U... urgh I smiled with disappointed feeling :(

Then, I started to motivate myself that perhaps it was already God's willing for me to work for "H" company. :)

Both company are good and they are international company. But if I am accepted at "P", it means it is the first job that related with my background of study... English. Plus, I will get a Laptop for operation and there will be opportunity for me to travel out of Jakarta and abroad which I was very excited.

But life does not always follow my wish. I must accept whatever happens in my life and go through it.

And I tried to review also. I realized my mistake. I was too excited of the job and felt that I must be accepted by the company because I was too good! - Over confident was my 1st mistake.

I learn that I must be very grateful of everything and really surrender all to Him. Do not be over confident.

Now, I am working for "H" company. Can I be successful?

I said my self: "If others can, I can also be successful."

On last fellowship we discussed a book "Under the Struggle" brought by Deacon Ishak, I learned that WORK HARDER (hard work) was very important to be successful. Even if we do not really interested with the job? Yes...
Sometimes in life, everything does not always match with our expectation. We must challenge ourself to struggle with this life.

There was a good example from the book. There was a man wanted to be a banker but he got rejected. Others told him that you would not be successful in banking. Then, the man did other thing that not many people wanted to do that this kind of job. He became a ceramic patcher (fixer). He took this job as challenge. After sometime, he became an expert and famous ceramic patcher. Then, when he met a man who rejected him to be a banker said that if at that time he were accepted in banking industry, he would be a successful banker because he got WORK HARDER attitude.

So, I must change my mindset. I must be successful in this job whatever it takes. I must focus and achieve a title of a Great Banker. Work Harder...

Just now I watched 10.000 BC at Cinema XXI, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.
It is quite interesting movie - though not as best as 300 - but it gave me a strong lesson about Leadership, Achievement, Motivation and also can be implemented in Business > LAMB


Here is some part I would like review:

There was a condition that they have a custom (system) of hunting Mammoth (they called it Mannath in the movie, a ancient BIG elephant). The leader and the team were crawling among the bushes approaching those Mammoths silently in order to find the Male Mammoth. After the leader found the male, he gave surprise to him, throw his spear to his neck andintentionally made him very angry. Then the male made a loud scream and other Mammoths were panic starting to run away from the hunters. All mammoths ran in same direction because all the hunters purposely went after them in line (system & teamwork were needed.). The hunters pushed them to run to some area which had been some trap with a big net to capture the male. ... ... ... ... ... and there was a pretty much the same condition when they faced their powerful enemy. One of the old leader Tic-Tic said in wisdom to D'Leh the leader of all victim tribes that he should not be worried because they could hunt the mammoths successfully even all the hunters were small in size comparing to the big... big mammoths. It would be the same with condition when they were facing the greatest enemy in technology, weapons and soldiers said Tic Tic.

Some lessons I got from this movie:

1. Leadership > from a coward becoming a leader of hundreds of men from several tribes
2. Achievement > save his lover and the Freedom of people with great and exhausted JOURNEY.
3. Motivation > Find what you really want in life... that is your greatest motivation
4. Business > Push yourself to the limit... surrender all to our Creator... then you may get the success in life

First, thanks to our amazing GOD for this wonderful morning! And the most grateful thing is that yesterday I have graduated from Internet Marketing Bootcamp (IMB) by Fabian Lim. I am very excited to start my online business and get my very first US Dollar.

On Day 2 March 2, 2008 at Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta, I learnt how to generate traffic to my website using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay Per Click) methods. I was very grateful because I have learnt these methods from the expert himself. Fabian told us that if we could master these two methods, there was no reason we could not be success in online business. But we could not be suddenly an expert in SEO and PPC after two days bootcamp. It requires time and effort on how we are serious in online business. Even a SEO seminar by Fabian Lim for Advance level usually requires six hours. So, yesterday we only learnt the basic knowledge of SEO and PPC. But the best thing was that I have learnt this from Fabian Lim directly LIVE.

Next, I learnt about website conversion which this part was very important. Why? It is MONEY part. It was about how we convert people to buy our product and become our customer. It means that we start to earn money...money...money from any transaction occurs.

Last but not lest, I learnt about Automation. It was about autoresponder. Autoresponder basicly was very important. If we could manage this profesionally, we are able to servicing our customer and ready buyer and offer another benefit products.

Now, I am ready to be a great Business Owner in Internet Marketing because I have learnt from the Master, the Guru and the Expert in Internet Marketing - Fabian Lim directly LIVE.

My next goal is to be a great Internet Marketing leader with Fabian Lim's powerful team in coaching many people around the world how to be successful Internet Marketer or making money online. On March 1, 2008 from 9am to 10 pm in Borobudur Hotel Jakarta, I have been following Internet Marketing Boothcamp by Fabian Lim, an Internet Marketing Guru expertise in SEO and Market Research. That was my first day in IMB Jakarta 2008. I was very excited. I can't wait and look forward for another exciting feeling and experience in day two which I have to end my post today because I have to get ready and go to IMB Seminar.

I believe Internet Marketing Business is one of my journey to be A Great LAMB, especially to have my own business online at very low cost.
